IGNITE Gender & Nutrition Technical Assistance in Practice. This compilation of case studies highlights the impact of our technical assistance in strengthening the capacity of African agricultural institutions to integrate gender and nutrition into their interventions. The publication showcases how Tanager’s engagement with 35 institutions across 18 African countries led to inclusive policies that better integrate women into the agricultural sector. It also features examples of gender-specific agricultural extension and sustainable models that enhance women’s empowerment and increase equitable access to safe, affordable, and nutritious diets year-round.
