Abhijeet Sharma
Deputy Team Lead, Shubh Mint
Abhijeet Sharma brings over 15 years of experience in international NGO and corporate sectors. He has successfully overseen a range of programs throughout his career—including supply chain, livelihood, agricultural, and gender—across more than 10 states in India.
For the past seven years, Sharma has been actively engaged with the Shubh Mint program as deputy team lead. He began with the project’s initial implementation and has collaborated with stakeholders across Mars Wrigley’s supply chain to establish a direct procurement system for mint oil from small-scale producers.
Prior to joining Tanager, Sharma managed microfinance and financial literacy activities for ACCION. He holds an MBA in marketing from the Birla Institute of Management and Technology in India.
