Chioma Adiele-Okpara has 18 years of professional experience in program leadership and management, capacity building, and technical assistance in long-term development and humanitarian programs. Chioma’s areas of expertise include women’s economic empowerment, women’s transformative leadership and political participation, women’s protection (in bodily integrity to end gender-based violence), resilience livelihood, enterprise promotion, and inclusive finance for women and girls. Chioma holds a bachelor’s degree in English language, a post-graduate diploma in Gender Studies, a master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy, and a master’s degree in Management of Development.
