Elbridge Boardman
Associate Director
Elbridge (Eli) Boardman is an associate director supporting Tanager’s Shubh Mint Activity in Lucknow, India. Prior to starting with Tanager in June 2024, Eli worked at ACDI/VOCA, supporting projects in Nigeria and Kenya for five years. Most recently, he served as the grants/procurement/operations director for the Kenya Livestock Market System Activity, spending two years in Nairobi, Kenya. Eli has a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
