John Kabue is a development professional with over 16 years of experience in monitoring, evaluations, research, and learning for adaptation skills. His expertise cuts across designing a learning strategy, development, and execution of a learning agenda, research, use of data and evidence for adaptive programming, knowledge management products, and MEL capacity building, among others.
As a thought leader, he has developed monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement systems for both national and multi-national programs in sub-Saharan countries. He holds a master’s degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, and a Certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg University, USA.
