Wema Adere brings over 15 years of experience in leading nutrition specific and sensitive programs in Africa. Additionally, Wema has extensive program and management experience across multiple sectors, notably nutrition, WASH and food systems with a passion for program design, quality, capacity development, SBCC, women’s empowerment, learning and replication of scalable multisectoral programs. Wema has previously worked with various international organizations with a footprint in Somalia, Sudan and Kenya. Wema holds a master’s degree in Applied Human Nutrition from Nairobi University and a bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from Egerton University.
