Winnie is an experienced gender and social inclusion specialist, with strong expertise in leading the development and implementation of cross-sectoral evidence-based gender-transformative strategies, focusing on both structural and systemic gender dynamics. Through gender-transformative project management approaches, Winnie brings in many years of experience in institutional strengthening and results-based programming. Winnie holds a master’s degree in Gender and Development Studies from the University of Nairobi – Kenya, and a BA (Honors) in Business Studies from the University of Wales – UK.
